BASIC VOICEMAIL BOX

A caller leaves a message that you can retrieve by calling the system anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

STANDARD VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION BOX

A caller can select the type of assistance, service or department they require by pressing the appropriate number on a touchtone phone. The caller will leave a message, and the appropriate person will be notified by the voicemail system that they have a message.

STANDARD INFORMATION VOICEMAIL BOX

You can provide your caller with information about your product or service. The caller can be given another number to contact you, or they can be prompted to connect themselves with our telephone assistants after or during the information message.

LOCATE BOX

The voicemail system can be programmed to try to connect the caller with you at any number of locations on any communication device that you specify, until the caller reaches you.

FAX BOX

This box can store forms, promotional materials, or any faxable document that you wish to provide your customer. Your customer will call the fax box, and they will be prompted by the voicemail system on the procedure to receive the requested documents.
