We are very proud of the members on our Answer Arizona Telemessaging team. Each member, before joining our team of professional telephone assistants, is required to pass several comprehensive tests to determine their competency in the basic skills required of the position.
Once a member of our team, a comprehensive training program is initiated. As the new team member gains experience and skill, they are elevated to higher levels of responsibility. Only when a team member has achieved level 5 status are they eligible to begin training for message dispatch and review.
